Study claims to know the day you’re most likely to die

If you could, would you like to know the day you died? A new study claims to be able to identify the most likely days you could potentially kick the bucket.
This vital information about life and death comes to us (really) thanks to the YouTube channel Half as Interesting. They shared scans that point to the most likely death days you need to watch out for. This new video is already trend on national sites like Digg for obvious reasons.
Statistically, they name New Year’s Day as Day of Mortality No. 1. Why? They theorize that people are less likely to seek medical help while on vacation, and that hospitals tend to have fewer staff available.
1st of July is also a day to watch if you have to go to the hospital. The theory is that new medical staff are more likely to make a fatal medication error that day than any other.
If you’re concerned about driving, August 2nd is statistically the day when you are most likely to reach your goal. This great news comes from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
If you want to be even more specific, 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. are the times most likely to meet your death. Blame it on your DNA according to the video study.
Can you know for sure? Of course not. Is it interesting that these days appear more like “fatal” days than others? I would say absolutely. Now you will understand why I chose not to come to your New Years party.
