Hospice offers free virtual class to find joy in the midst of mourning for adults

Hospice of the Red River Valley is offering monthly bereavement support classes and workshops in 2022. Most classes are held virtually, with some classes offered in person only. All classes are free and open to the community. Our grief courses provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to learn about their grief and speak with others who have experienced loss through death.
The Finding Joy in the Midst of Mourning course will take place on Thursday, January 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This course will help those in mourning relearn how to experience moments of joy. Participants will learn about the importance of self-care and self-discovery during grief. The session will help people explore their ability to choose their own path through the grieving process.
Registration is compulsory before January 5th. The course is free and open to the public; offered virtually. Register for courses online at www.bit.ly/griefclassregistration, or call (800) 237-4629 and ask for grief support. Check out the full list of monthly classes at: http://bit.ly/monthlygriefclasses.
